Nightly Room Rates: Our flat rate is $150.00 per night based on Double Occupancy.
The Maximum number of guests for Till's Cabin is 2. 
Maximum number of guests for Erica's Cabin is 4. Additional guests are welcome at Erica's Cabin for an additional charge of $25.00 per person, per day.

Please note that our rates are for lodging services only. We provide a light Continental
Breakfast. Fredericksburg, Texas, is home to many wonderful restaurants, bakeries and

Minimum Stay Requirement:  A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for any booking.

Reservation Confirmation: For your convenience we are happy to confirm your reservation with either your Visa or MasterCard.

Payment: Confirmed reservations will be held with a valid credit card. Within 7 days of reservation confirmation, the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card. All rates are subject to state and local taxes (13%). We gladly accept money orders, personal checks, Visa, or MasterCard.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available, however, Gift Certificates purchased for a one night stay will be subject to our two night minimum. Payment for the second night must be paid when the reservation is made.

Children: Children over 5 years are welcome.

Pets: While we greatly enjoy pets, we do not accept pets inside or out.

Cancellations: Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival - if we are able to rebook, your payment will be refunded, minus a $25.00 service fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are NOT refundable.

Smoking: For the comfort of all our guests, we provide a smoke-free interior

Items Left in Your Room:  Please check your room carefully before checking-out to make sure you haven’t left belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind.  If you do forget something please notify us as soon as possible. If the item is found, we will send it to you for the cost of shipping plus a $10 service charge.
